Dispatch Wanted For Stelly Online at SYDNEY CBD
***MEMBER WANTED FOR ONLINE STORE IN SYDNEY CBD***
You’ll be
- Picking & Packing Orders from our Warehouse
- Full-fill and ship the orders international and Australia using our dispatch system
- Stocktake, carrying and receiving stocks
- Unpacking and checking customer returns
- Maintain Inventory check with our warehouse manager
- Being able to stand for long periods of time and moving your feet around.
- Moving stock and carrying stocks around, some heavy lifting are involved
- Not a desk bound job
You will need:
- Available 3-5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
- Must be a team player
- Always stay motivated
- Are strong detail oriented
- Picking, packing and processing orders with precision
- Well-organised
- Ability to multi tasking and to meet deadlines
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Deeply care for your team and individuals within the team.
- Have an interest in continued learning, and know when to ask for help

Customer Service Specialist Wanted For Stelly Online Store
***MEMBER WANTED FOR ONLINE STORE IN SYDNEY CBD***
This is a permanent casual position, this customer service position will work 2 days a week, exclude weekend.
You’ll be
Engaging directly with Stelly shoppers, turning every communication into an exciting and positive customer experience through email, phone, social media.
Maintaining a positive, friendly, and helpful demeanor throughout every interaction.
Assisting in tracking packages and resolving shipping issues with our distribution team
Maintain multiple channels for customer communication: email, social media and website
Providing information to customers relating to fit, colour, material, and size
Developing a deep awareness of our products and brands to provide educated product recommendations and styling suggestions.Maintain monthly KPI target with your team mate
Send daily reports to our managers
Coming up with new ways to solve existing or new arising problems.
Willingly to listen and find out ways to help customers , make their experience memorable
You will need:
Possess at least 2+ years of customer service experience
Are a talented communicator, with a mastery of spelling, grammar, verbal and written language. Your English needs to be perfect!
Must be a team player , be able to lead a group of 2 or 3 to achieve individual or team goals
Great phone manner
Typing speed > 60 words per minute
Are detail oriented and well-organised – ”Done is better than Perfect”
Are Mac proficient
Possess excellent conflict resolution skills
Calm under pressure
Deeply care for your team and individuals within the team.
Have a general interest in Customer Care and Customer Satisfaction
Have an interest in continued learning, and know when to ask for help
Adaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously and unsupervised
It will be a bonus if you also have the following
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-fashion/online retail business
Strong Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat game
Proven track record in implementing customer interaction systems of work
Familiarity with online merchandising practice
